Unfortunately due to the nature and customized products I offer I am unable to offer refunds. But please contact me if there is an issue with your order.
Damages and issues
I take every precaution to insure a safe delivery of your item(s). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is damage. Save all packaging materials and take photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you and the shipping company to replace the damaged item.
Any mistakes made solely by Tangle Artistry will be corrected and a replacement will be issued. I am not responsible for mistakes made when filling out custom info. Please make sure to double and triple check the spelling of names, phrases, dates and your color options before submitting your order. Once your order is submitted I can make no guarantees for corrections. But please e-mail me ASAP if you notice an error. I often start work on a custom piece quickly so there may be an additional charge to correct mistakes if I have already started on the order.
