Pre-Order items take 4-8 weeks to make and ship. Please plan accordingly. If you order contains a made to order or pre-order item, the order will ship once all items are ready.
Shipping rates for all products are calculated based on weight, size and your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Occasionally the calculated shipping can be off. In this case I will contact you to adjust. I try my best to get the best possible shipping cost available. All shipping costs include the actual cost of shipping from the shipping company plus the cost of packaging (box, paper, tape, labels, etc).
Why I don't offer free shipping?
Let’s be honest for a minute- Shipping isn’t free! We have been conditioned into believing the lie of “free” shipping. It’s my job as a small business owners to tell the truth to our customers – Shipping is not free! We all pay for it one way or another. I know that with all the online big box stores now we have become accustom to “free” shipping. But again... Shipping. Is. Not. Free. Someone has to pay for it. And to tell you the truth it’s not cheap! Most of the time when you see free shipping the cost of the shipping is actually rolled into the price of the item. With this system you are usually over paying for shipping if you are buying multiple things. Or in some cases with small business you are UNDER paying if you only buy 1 or 2 items. And the small business suffers from it. Absorbing those costs or hiding the shipping costs in the price of an item plays into the lie that shipping is free and that lie is tanking small business and making big box stores richer. In cases with the big box stores they can afford to take a loss from shipping. They are also able to negotiate and bully the shipping companies into lower rates. Something us small businesses, who are struggling, are unable to do. And let’s not forget about the time, labor and materials that goes into packaging the item. It’s just me here. I don’t have an army of employees or a conveyor belt to process everything. All of these things cost money. And for that reason, I am unable to offer free shipping. DIY orders are processed within 4-5 business days and finished products are processed within 3-7 days, after payment is received (excluding holidays and weekends). This time frame is just an estimate and might change based on order volume or current events. Please contact me if you need your order for a certain time/ date. I am happy to work with you to get you your product on time. Made to order or pre-order items will take 4-8 weeks to complete before shipping.
I ship mostly UPS, but may also use USPS & Fed Ex depending on the destination, size and weight of a package. All packages are shipped from MA, USA and include tracking. You will receive an e-mail with tracking info once your order has shipped.
Average shipping time can vary depending on where you are located and the shipping speed paid for. I do everything I can to make sure your item(s) get to you in a timely fashion, but once it leaves my possession it is up to the shipping company. Delays in shipment are outside of my control and I make no guarantee of shipping time.

I do not currently ship outside the US. Please contact me if you are outside the US and interested in purchasing an item.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me atNatalie@TangleArtistry.com with yourname and order number, and I will look into it for you.
I am only able to ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Most of our packages are large, please ensure the USPS can deliver to your P.O. box. USPS is also usually more expensive than UPS to ship.
We are not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered or returned to sender. Please check your mailing address when checking out.
